How To Book

1. Read ​through the Mandatory COVID-19 information

   • You will be asked to fill out the COVID-19 form the day before your appointment; please do not fill it out earlier.

2. Read through the services you're interested in, from the SERVICES section of the menu above.

   • Please note that because cosmetic tattoo is an invasive procedure, I want to make sure you have full information.

     • to this end, I have provided a plethora of information, photos, and videos throughout my website.

     • to save my clients money, I do not employee receptionists or others who can answer your questions.

     • please read through the services you interested in.

     • I expect clients to have read through the relevant material before contacting me to ask questions.

3. Text Martha at 503-706-8641 to inquire about next steps (please, no calls).

   • Please be sure to indicate which service you are interested in.

4. Depending on the service, I will send you a "quick screening form" to rule out any conditions that would disqualify you from getting a tattoo

5. For all tattoo services, you must send me the photos shown here; the "lips" photo is for lip tattoo only.

   • please take these with no makeup on

   • no selfies, please (they just do not provide adequate detail)

   • have someone else take the photos in good light; I need to be able to see your pores!

6. If necessary, we will have further text communications, a free Zoom consult, or a paid in-studio consultation

7. Once we've determined the best service for you:

   • please fill out the appropriate medical intake form listed below

   • print, read, and sign any other forms indicated and bring them with you​

8. Once I have cleared you for the service, please go to Vagaro.com/ExpertBeauty to schedule your service.​

   • please do not schedule yourself until I have cleared you to do so

9. I will accept your appointment request and charge the nonrefundable deposit to your card.

10. You will then receive an informational text from me to prepare you for your appointment.

11. The day before your appointment, I will send you a link to the COVID-19 form. Please do not fill this out earlier.

12. Please note all COVID-19 mandatory requirements.

13. Forty-eight hours prior to your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation text from a short code number like 88995. Please click as indicated to confirm.

14. One day before your appointment, you'll receive a reminder text.

15. Then, I'll see you and we'll collaborate to give you the best brows, lids, lashes, or lips possible.
